These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Neural Signal Corporation Limited ("VisionX", "we", "us") governing your use of the VisionX app, apps, and services. By creating an account or using VisionX you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines (https://visionxy.cc/guidelines), which form part of them. If you do not agree, do not use VisionX.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use VisionX if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we previously removed your account for violations.
VisionX has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to use VisionX to:
Enforcement. You can report content or users from any chat, post or status, and block anyone instantly. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently remove accounts — without prior notice where the violation is serious. Suspended accounts cannot sign in. To appeal a decision, email neurologic777@gmail.com.
You keep ownership of the content you create and share. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service — to store, transmit, and display your content to the audience you choose (for end-to-end encrypted chats this means relaying ciphertext we cannot read; for social content it means showing it to its intended audience). This licence ends when you or we delete the content, except where it was shared with others who retain their copies, or where the law requires retention.
You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.
Personal chats are end-to-end encrypted; social content (status, feed, channels) is not. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy (https://visionxy.cc/privacy), which is part of these Terms. Do not use VisionX to violate others' privacy — including sharing private information or recordings without consent.
Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. To cancel, use the "Manage subscription" option in the app or the controls of the payment method you used, or contact us at neurologic777@gmail.com. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change Premium features with reasonable notice; if we materially reduce them, you may cancel.
We are constantly improving VisionX and may add, change or remove features. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where necessary (security, legal compliance, technical constraints). We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. The service is provided "as is" — we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may stop using VisionX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if providing the service to you creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (4, 10, 11, 12) survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Signal Corporation Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of VisionX. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights you are entitled to under mandatory local law.
